As you know, on my last trip I ate at Whispering Canyon Cafe. As I am a vegetarian, I was unsure what options would be available. The sauteed quinoa cakes from lunch are on the dinner menu. I love quinoa and edamame, but I was not a fan of this dish. My fries were good, and I had way too much fun with the bottomless milkshakes.
The service at WCC was amazing. Our server was Larry the Telegraph Guy, who was amazing. My nephews ordered drinks of coke mixed with root beer, and every soda but diet coke-Larry did not blink. He offered to change any side we wanted-so Mordie ended up with steak (which he raved about) with steak frites and regular fries.
Mordie saw how the ketchup was taken to each table-he thought he could beat the system by asking for one bottle of ketchup. He could not beat the system.
Ferdie had the skillet, which he greatly enjoyed. Despite my not liking my dish, I would return here in a heartbeat. I think it could work for fun loving adults-if you’re shy or think that 50s prime Time sounds like abuse, give WCC a try.

thanks for this review. i was curious about whether to make reservations here since my g/f is a vegetarian but she loves quinoa so hopefully it works out. originally, we were going to go to artist point but the 2 credits is a bit much so we’re gonnna go here instead.
