Magic Blogorail Green: Best Disney Moments of 2012

Welcome to those of you joining me from A Disney Mom’s thoughts and those of you just hopping aboard. I am the 3rd stop on our Magical Blogorail.

This month’s theme is “greatest Disney moments of 2012.”  As 2012 was the first year since 2005 I was unable to go to a Disney park, my personal Disney moments were somewhat limited.  I also figure I have talked my regular reader’s ears off about New Fantasyland, Art of Animation*, and the Be Our Guest Restaurant**.  As such, I am going to be talking about three moments of non-Park Disney things which I wrote about in 2012.

In March, Disney announced its first official Facebook game, Disney Animal Kingdom Explorers.  Since then, they have also launched their Ghosts of Mistwood game.

In May, I reviewed Disney’s new musical adaptation of their movie  Newsies.  I’m a fan of Disney on Broadway, and I liked the musical.  If you find yourself in NYC, I’d suggest checking it out.

In September, Sephora announced their Cinderella line with Disney.
