You know I’ve snarked on the whole tendency of Animal Kingdom’s counter service offerings to be all animals are delicious. AS such, I was really excited to see this post from my girl AJ over at Disney Food Blog. Apparently the egg roll cart (yeah, I’ve never eaten there either) is now Bradley Falls Kiosk. This place is now a vegetarian haven. There are summer rolls and edmame (easy, tasty veg*n protein that is not roasting when it’s Animal Kingdom hot? Win!) However, I think the Asian stir-fry (veggies! and no mushrooms) and the fruit salad with lychee look awesome.
(Um, yeah. I had planned on doing a Brave review, but I had to leave 2/3 through. As I am not paying a bajillion dollars again to see the part I’ve seen, my review may be a while. )
